Japanese salmon kebabs


Serves 2
Ready in 40 Minutes


● 6 tbsp dark soy sauce
● 2 tbsp sherry
● 1 tbsp lemon juice
● 1 level tbsp sugar
● 280g pack Salmon Fillets
● Steamed pak choi, to serve
● Rice, to serve
● Fresh coriander, to serve


1. Soak 2 bamboo skewers in water for 20 minutes. Mix together the soy sauce, sherry, lemon juice and sugar in a bowl and place the salmon in to marinate. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
2. Place the fish onto the skewers. Grill for 5 minutes under a medium heat. Serve with steamed pak choi, rice and fresh coriander.
