Main Ingredient: Oats

Ingredients:

● ½ rolled oats
● 1 cup almond milk
● ¼ cup dried cherries
● 1 tablespoon chia seeds
● ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
● ½ teaspoon cinnamon

 

Method:

1. In a container with a lid, place the oats, almond milk, cherries, chia seeds, vanilla and cinnamon. Stir to combine and cover with the lid.
2. Place the container in the refrigerator overnight, at least six hours.
3. In the morning, remove from the refrigerator and serve cold or warm in microwave. Top with nuts or berries as desired.
