Cucumber smoothie

Ingredients:

● 1 cucumber, chopped
● 2 ripe pears, cored and quartered
● handful baby spinach
● squeeze of honey
● 1 tbsp flax oil (optional)
● 1 1/2tsp lemon juice
● ice cubes, to serve

Method:

1. Put the cucumber in a blender or juicer with 100ml (3½fl oz) water and whizz until combined. Add the remaining ingredients and whizz again until completely smooth. Serve immediately, over ice
